These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RTW Lab TMS website and services provided by RTW LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
RTW Lab TMS provides tools for managing tailoring and apparel workflows. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, providing accurate account information, and ensuring that people who use your account comply with these terms.
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, infringe another party's rights, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful content.
Paid plans renew according to the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees and taxes. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. You grant RTW LLC permission to host, process, and use that data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with your data.
RTW Lab TMS, its software, content, branding, and related materials are owned by RTW LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. RTW LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
