RTW Lab TMS is a subscription service provided by RTW LLC. This Refund Policy explains when a payment may be refunded.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation prevents the next renewal and access remains available through the end of the paid period. Except where required by applicable law, fees for a started billing period are not refundable.
Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not authorize a payment. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by the payment provider and financial institution.
If a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Upgrades, downgrades, promotional offers, and taxes are handled as described at checkout or in the applicable plan terms.
